This flagship project involves the full turnkey delivery of Civil, MEP, Architectural, Fit-Out, Landscaping, and Furniture works, with an anticipated project duration of 24-36 months.\nWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of this high-profile project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multidisciplinary construction teams, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with QatarEnergy standards and contractual requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Management\nLead the day-to-day execution of the project from mobilization through to final handover.\nManage all aspects of project delivery across Civil, MEP, Architectural, Fit-Out, Landscaping, and associated infrastructure works.\nEnsure project objectives are achieved in line with contractual obligations, programme milestones, budget, and quality standards.\nDevelop and implement project execution plans, construction methodologies, and resource strategies.\nPlanning & Execution\nMonitor project schedules, progress, and key milestones, ensuring timely delivery.\nCoordinate closely with Engineering, Procurement, Planning, Commercial, QA/QC, HSE, and Construction teams.\nIdentify project risks and implement mitigation plans to minimise delays and cost overruns.\nReview project performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.\nClient & Stakeholder Management\nAct as the primary point of contact with the client, consultants, and project stakeholders.\nAttend progress meetings and provide regular updates on project performance, risks, and achievements.\nBuild strong working relationships while ensuring client expectations are consistently met.\nCommercial & Contract Management\nMonitor project budgets, cost forecasts, procurement activities, and subcontractor performance.\nSupport the management of contract variations, claims, and commercial matters.\nEnsure efficient utilisation of labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.\nHealth, Safety & Quality\nPromote a strong safety culture and ensure full compliance with QatarEnergy HSE requirements and company procedures.\nWork closely with the QA/QC and HSE teams to ensure all works meet project specifications and quality standards.\nEnsure compliance with all regulatory, contractual, and company quality requirements.\nTeam Leadership\nLead and mentor Project Engineers, Construction Managers, Site Engineers, and Supervisors.\nFoster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to achieve successful project outcomes.\nDrive performance, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.\nRequirements\nBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.\nPMP certification is highly desirable.\nMinimum 10-15 years of experience delivering large-scale EPC, Oil & Gas, industrial, energy, or infrastructure projects.\nMinimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager on multidisciplinary construction projects.\nProven experience delivering Civil, MEP, Architectural, Fit-Out, and Infrastructure works under EPC or turnkey contracts.\nCurrent or previous QatarEnergy approval/work experience is mandatory.\nStrong understanding of project planning, construction methodologies, contract administration, and commercial management.\nExcellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.\nProficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office is
