# Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

Guildhall is running the search for a regional construction and development group delivering high-rise commercial, residential and hospitality projects across the GCC. The Senior Mechanical Design Engineer will own detailed HVAC, plumbing, drainage and firefighting design across live high-rise packages, from load calculations through equipment selection to commissioning support. The seat opens as the group ramps up hiring across engineering disciplines, pointing to sustained project pipeline. It is a design-authority role for someone who wants technical ownership without moving into people management. The role Develop detailed mechanical shop drawings for HVAC, plumbing, drainage and firefighting systems Run load calculations and specify chillers, AHUs, FAHUs, pumps and controls Coordinate with architectural, structural and electrical teams to resolve design clashes Prepare BOQs, design reports and material specifications for live packages Lead BIM coordination to keep mechanical services clash-free and properly routed Support commissioning planning and as-built documentation at project handover What you'll bring Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognised univers
