operational excellence, process optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nSupport expansion plans through scalable logistics infrastructure and efficient operational processes.\nDistribution Centre Operations\nLead all distribution centre activities across multiple warehouse operations.\nEnsure efficient inventory flow, warehouse utilisation, stock accuracy, and operational productivity.\nImplement best practices for warehouse layout, storage optimisation, and inventory management.\nWarehouse & Inventory Management\nOversee inventory receiving, storage, stock control, reconciliation, and inventory accuracy.\nEnsure effective stock rotation, safe material handling, and inventory traceability.\nMaintain real-time inventory visibility through ERP and warehouse management systems.\nTransportation & Fleet Management\nManage inbound and outbound logistics operations.\nOptimise transportation routes, fleet utilisation, delivery performance, and logistics costs.\nEnsure compliance with transportation regulations, safety standards, and operational policies.\nERP & Systems Management\nOversee ERP inventory transactions and warehouse management system controls.\nEnsure accurate receiving, system recording, reconciliation, and reporting of inventory movements.\nDrive continuous improvements through digital systems, reporting tools, and process automation.\nSecurity & Operational Support\nOversee distribution centre security, asset protection, and facility support services.\nEnsure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards across all facilities.\nDevelop risk mitigation strategies to protect company assets and maintain business continuity.\nCross-Functional Leadership\nCollaborate closely with commercial, retail, wholesale, procurement, finance, and executive leadership teams.\nSupport new business initiatives, seasonal demand planning, promotional campaigns, and operational expansion.\nAct as the key logistics liaison across multiple business divisions.\nLeadership & Team Development\nLead, mentor, and develop warehouse managers, logistics managers, supervisors, and operational teams.\nEstablish KPIs and performance management frameworks.\nFoster a culture of accountability, safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nFinancial Management\nDevelop and manage logistics budgets and operational forecasts.\nIdentify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality.\nMonitor operational performance through regular reporting and KPI analysis.\nRisk & Compliance\nEnsure compliance with logistics regulations, labour laws, and company policies.\nLead operational change initiatives, system upgrades, and process improvement projects.\nIdentify and mitigate operational risks across logistics and distribution activities.\nQualifications & Requirements\nBachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.\nProfessional supply chain qualifications (CSCP, CPIM, CILT, or equivalent) would be advantageous.\nMinimum 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain and logistics operations.\nAt least 5 years in a senior leadership position managing large-scale distribution operations.\nProven experience managing complex distribution centres supporting wholesale, retail, or FMCG operations.\nStrong background in warehousing, transportation, fleet management, inventory control, and distribution.\nExperience leading multi-site or multi-business logistics operations is highly desirable.\nStrong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.\nAbility to lead large operational teams in fast-paced, high-volume
