You will not be measured on winning new clients. You will be measured on delivery.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nBuild target lists and pipelines fast (market mapping, competitor targeting, referral mining).\nHeadhunt and engage passive candidates using a phone-first approach.\nQualify candidates properly (motivations, compensation, notice, risks, counteroffers).\nProduce clean, compelling candidate summaries and shortlists.\nDrive process urgency: interviews booked, feedback chased, momentum protected.\nNegotiate offers and manage acceptance risks (counteroffers, fall-offs, delays).\nManage multiple roles simultaneously with strong prioritisation and CRM discipline.\nWhat “good” looks like in this role\nShortlists created quickly (without sacrificing quality).\nStrong conversion: passive candidates → interviews.\nControl and urgency: tight follow-ups, minimal fall-off, offers accepted.\nCalm under pressure, direct communication, and high personal accountability.\nWhat we’re looking for\nMust-have:\nAgency recruitment experience in a delivery-heavy / headhunting environment (180 or delivery-led 360).\nEvidence you can run multiple roles and still close.\nStrong persuasion skills: you can sell opportunities and handle objections.\nFluent English with professional presence and excellent candidate care.\nPersonable, confident, and comfortable being direct.\nNice-to-have:\nUAE/GCC recruitment exposure (not
