Position\nJob Responsibilities\nExecute end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing (in Thai and English), assessing, and selecting qualified candidates for all with recruitment agencies and external partners, maintaining strong professional relationships.\n\nAssist in developing and updating job descriptions and job advertisements in alignment with business requirements.\n\nContribute to the improvement of recruitment systems, processes, and candidate experience.\n\nParticipate in planning and executing employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.\n\nMonitor and support recruitment budget tracking and vendor management.\n\nPrepare regular and ad-hoc recruitment reports and analytics.\n\nTake ownership of assigned HR projects or initiatives as delegated by the management.\n\nJob Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree or higher in any related field.\n\nMinimum 5 years’ experience in recruitment functions.\n\nExperience in the energy business/having industry knowledge would be an advantage.\n\nMaturity and adaptability to changes and well-organized.\n\nStrong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.\n\nExcellent communication and good interpersonal skills.\n\nLogical and analytical thinking.\n\nWorking well as a team player or an independent agent when required.\n\nFluent in written and verbal English (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).\n\nAbility to travel/ work upcountry and abroad.\n\nGoal-Oriented, Unity, Learning,
