This position is ideal for someone with exceptional data entry accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nResponsibilities\nGather monthly tariff impact data for multiple customers from various manufacturing plant teams.\n\nUtilize import documentation (7501 forms) and component invoices to collect and organize required information.\n\nLearn the different tariff classifications and accurately identify the applicable tariff type for imported components.\n\nComplete customer-specific documentation on a monthly and quarterly basis using collected tariff data.\n\nReview completed data with the Sales team to ensure accuracy and consistency.\n\nTrack customer submission deadlines and ensure all required documentation is completed on time.\n\nFollow up with manufacturing plant teams regarding missing, incomplete, or late data submissions.\n\nSupport Sales planning by providing historical, planned, and paid tariff impact information by tariff type.\n\nAssist with tariff impact forecasting and customer credit tracking to support efficient recovery efforts.\n\nPerform additional data entry and administrative support duties as assigned.\n\nQualifications\nExcellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.\n\nStrong organizational and time management abilities.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams.\n\nManufacturing, sales support, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required.\n\nWillingness to learn new processes and systems.\n\nWhat You'll Bring\nExceptional attention to detail.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nReliable follow-through and accountability.\n\nPositive attitude and willingness to learn.\n\nAbility to work independently while collaborating with multiple internal teams.\n\nExperience with tariff or trade compliance is highly ideal.\n\nTraining will be provided for the tariff recovery process, data collection methods, and required reporting documentation.\nCompensation Information\nThe expected salary range for this position is $20 - $25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
