The ideal candidate is proficient in both .NET Core and ReactJS, has experience across the full software development lifecycle using an Agile framework, and is skilled in modernizing and enhancing existing web applications while ensuring long-term application performance. This person should be comfortable supporting mission-critical systems while leading modernization initiatives that improve scalability, reliability, automation, security, observability, and long-term maintainability, and should work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.\nWHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE. (IDEAL EXPERIENCE)\nMinimum 5+ years of development experience with ASP.NET / .NET Core using C# (and/or VB.NET) in Visual Studio IDE\n\nMinimum 3+ years of development experience with ReactJS\n\nExperience developing Web APIs in .NET Core\n\nExperience writing extensive unit tests and Web API testing\n\nGood understanding of security, performance, and scalability considerations\n\nExperience modernizing legacy ASP.NET Web Forms applications to .NET Core + React\n\nStrong understanding of HTML, XML, CSS, JSON, JavaScript, and jQuery\n\nExpert-level knowledge of SQL, including writing complex queries and stored procedures\n\nSkilled in working with SOAP and REST services\n\nGood understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles\n\nUnderstanding of the GitFlow branching strategy and deployments\n\nFamiliarity with deploying to Kubernetes clusters\n\nUnderstanding of SOLID design principles\n\nExperience with code refactoring and design patterns\n\nFamiliarity with ADO or JIRA\n\nExperience with CI/CD, deployment pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, containerization, or DevOps practices\n\nFamiliarity with TFS and Git\n\nFamiliarity with Azure\n\nStrong understanding of technical best practices to support an agile environment\n\nFamiliarity with Telerik is a plus\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered\n\nWHAT YOU'LL DO.
