You will dive deep into business requirements, architect innovative solutions, and translate business solutions into effectively designed systems for the development team.\nJob Responsibilities\nUnderstand and ensure that business requirements, expectations and opportunities for business are identified, prioritized and represented in IT strategies, also identify the key success factors, current issues and potential solutions to measure the success of the project/strategies.\nProvide technical expertise in assessing IT applications and initiatives to improve and support business processes.\nLead and provide solutions for application development throughout the lifecycle to business users, developers, and designers.\nManage Stakeholder Relationships: Lead workshops and discussions with business leaders, users, and external vendors to define project scope, manage expectations, and drive consensus.\nArchitect the Future State: Lead the analysis and design of business processes, mapping the \"AS-IS\" state and architecting the optimal \"TO-BE\" solution.\nTranslate requirements into blueprints: Convert high-level business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows for the development team.\nDocument business requirements, test cases, and workflow, including training (e.g. SAS, In-House application development).\nChampion Technical Excellence: Provide expert guidance on the capabilities of IT applications and platforms, ensuring solutions are scalable, efficient, and secure.\nWork closely with business users and vendors to ensure the best practices of IT software development life cycles.\nAct as a focal point or Project manager, manage and coordinate the project team, project-related third-party relationships (e.g. offshore providers, Software vendors) deliver on its commitments from solution/vendor selection to go live.\nEnable Business Readiness: Drive business change management, process reengineering, and user training to ensure successful adoption of new solutions.\nUphold Quality Standards: Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure software quality.\nInvestigate and resolve application functionality-related issues, troubleshoot and identify modifications needed to meet business processes. \nJob Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, IT or a related field.\nMinimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, system analysis or project management.\nFlexible, creative, and up-to-date in the Technology movement to create business solutions.\nAble to multitask and prioritize workload, supporting multiple projects.\nDemonstrable experience translating business logic into technical requirements and system diagrams.\nProven experience in stakeholder management and influencing senior leaders.\nGood command in English (Minimum 750 TOEIC score).\nGoal-Oriented, Unity, Learning,
