Responsibilities include task planning, tracking, and reporting to include scope, schedule, and resource allocation. They will provide technical oversight of their team and the team’s deliverables, striving to always ensure safety.\nIn addition, a Control Law Lead I Engineer will have primary responsibility for developing control law requirements along with their validation & verification. Deliverables include control law architecture and gains, to include structural notch filters as required to prevent aeroservoelastic issues. Other responsibilities include contributing to the planning and execution of flight test activities and the resolution of in-service airplane issues.\nThe Control Law Lead I Engineer will collaborate with the other Flight Dynamics Group Heads to ensure the success of the Flight Dynamics department and the Flight Sciences directorate.\nEducation and Experience Requirements\nBachelor's Degree in engineering, a related curriculum required.or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 5 years related engineering experience with Bachelors. Master's Degree Experience credit will be considered for related advance degrees limited to 2 years or Ph.D. Experience credit will be considered for related advance degrees limited to 4 years.
