A&P (FAA Airframe and Powerplant) license required. Position Purpose:The RS Technical Skills Trainer is responsible for providing skills training through on the job training as needed and directed. Assists mechanics and technicians in the development of logical and progressive competency based technical training. This role assists in the training and development of company technical employees to include basic avionics and system familiarization.\nJob Description\nPrinciple Duties and Responsibilities:Essential Functions: Delivers classroom and practical aircraft technical training to employees at all locations as directed by management.
