Associate Product Manager

Being obsessed about users - who they are, what they want, what they love, and what they hate. Identify their problems, and build amazing experiences and products. This role is perfect for someone with a strong interest in product design and understanding user needs, crafting exceptional user experiences, and effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams. You'll be at the intersection of design, data, engineering, and marketing, driving the vision from concept to launch and beyond.

Responsibilities:

• Convert the user understanding into clear product requirements - work closely design team to create intuitive, simple, and neat experiences.
• Work with engineering - build scalable, flexible, and super-reliable systems - andown end to end product delivery with top-notch quality.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to define product strategy, vision, and roadmap.
• Measure product success and iterate on features to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Passion for product design and user-centered design principles.
• Bonus points for experience with UX/UI design, wireframing, and prototyping tools.
• Ability to understand system and work with engineering and QA to execute releases.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
• Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
• Ability to prioritize and manage in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
