You'll be the eyes and ears of the company, constantly on the lookout for the moments that make Gumloop feel real to the outside world.\nThis is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes long and short-form video, has strong storytelling instincts, and can take content from concept to published post without hand-holding. You'll help shape Gumloop’s brand, develop recurring formats that showcase our people and product, and experiment constantly to find what resonates.\nWhat You'll Do\nCreate short & long form content for LinkedIn, X, YouTube (ads), and Meta (ads) that people actually want to watch and share\n\nCapture behind-the-scenes footage of team meetings, product launches, events, and the everyday moments that make Gumloop tick\n\nDevelop and maintain recurring content formats that showcase our people, culture, and product in a way that scales beyond one-off posts\n\nExperiment with new ideas and iterate quickly based on performance data, platform trends, and what's working in the feed\n\nStay sharp on industry trends so we're always ahead of what's happening in AI, social media, and content creation, not chasing it\n\nWhat You Bring\nStrong videography, editing, and storytelling skills. You know how to shoot, cut, and structure a video that holds attention from the first frame to the last.\n\nProficiency with Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, After Effect or similar tools. You can edit fast and ship content without it being a bottleneck.\n\nDeep understanding of LinkedIn, X, Youtube and platform-specific trends. You know what works on each platform, why it works, and how to adapt content without just copying what's already out there.\n\nAbility to take content from concept to publication independently. You can ideate, shoot, edit, caption, and post without needing a producer or a review cycle.\n\nIn-person, five days a week in San Francisco.
