Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) outpatient Pharmacy Technician primarily working at our Winona Campus pharmacy.\nThis position will require floating to La Crosse/Onalaska/Holmen/West Salem pharmacy locations based on workload and volume within the Winona Campus.\nWhat you’ll do:\nEnjoy flexible scheduling options for day and evening shifts with rotating weekends\nEnter prescription data, calculate dispensing quantities, prepare medication labels and fill prescriptions \nCompound non-sterile products and manage inventory needs\nPrepare prescriptions for delivery or shipment\nAnswer the telephone and respond to patient inquiries\nAssist with staffing at other Gundersen pharmacy locations as needed\nWhat you’ll get:\nHourly wage: $19.05 + more based on experience, plus extra for evening, weekend and holiday shifts!\nReimbursed for millage for travel to any other pharmacy locations besides Winona Campus Pharmacy; all travel time to other pharmacy locations will be considered travel & will be compensated.\nCompetitive benefits package, including our top-rated retirement plan\nProfessional development support, including up to $3,000 per year in tuition reimbursement, financial support for advanced training and certification programs, extensive internal courses, and access to Gundersen’s Career Development Center\nWhat you’ll need:\nHigh school diploma or equivalency\nRegistered in Minnesota as a pharmacy technician at time of hire (MNRPhT); must be registered in Wisconsin as a pharmacy technician (WIRPhT) within 3 months of hire.\nNationally-recognized certification for pharmacy technician credential (CPht or ExCPT) or willingness to become certified within 12 months of hire\nEmplify Health, a partnership of Bellin Health and Gundersen Health System, is a leading not-for-profit, patient-centered healthcare network based in Green Bay and La Crosse, Wisconsin.
