You work closely with consulting teams and client stakeholders, applying practical tools and frameworks to bring structure to ambiguous problems.\nDeliver High-Quality Client Work\nExecute assigned workstreams and contribute to the successful delivery of client engagements.\nApply established tools, frameworks, and best practices to support execution and deliver high-quality outcomes.\nFlex across delivery environments, working as an individual contributor or as part of a consulting team embedded with the client.\nBring structure to unstructured challenges within a defined scope to support clear execution and outcomes.\nSupport Client Relationships & Engagement Success\nSupport client engagements through strong execution, thoughtful analysis, and reliable follow-through.\nIdentify opportunities where TGG can add value through high-quality delivery and practical insight.\nPartner with engagement leaders and consulting teams to strengthen client relationships over time.\nCollaborate Across Stakeholders and Teams\nPartner with client stakeholders at all levels, from individual contributors to senior leaders, to align on goals and support outcomes.\nWork alongside a collaborative team of TGG consultants committed to delivering high-quality client service.\nEngage with TGG partners, principals, account leaders, managers, and peers who support your success on engagements.\nWhat You Bring \n4+ years of consulting or related experience with a strong track record of delivering results.\nAbility to bring structure to ambiguity and contribute effectively in complex, unstructured environments.\nExperience in one or more of the following areas: project or program management, business analysis, change management, process improvement, Agile delivery, organizational design, or business strategy.\nStrong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.\nExperience delivering outcomes in technology-enabled or complex business environments.\nIndustry or functional experience in areas such as healthcare, retail, insurance, financial services, supply chain, or data and technology is a plus.\nERP, CRM, or POS project experience and relevant certifications (PMP, SAFe, CSM, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci, etc.) are preferred but not required.\nFlexibility to travel based on client needs.\nWorking at The Gunter Group\nSalary and Benefits\nSupporting the well-being of our team is a priority at TGG. Our benefits package includes competitive health coverage, wellness programs, flexible PTO, professional development and work-from-home stipends, as well as team offsites, social events, and volunteer opportunities.\nThe total expected compensation range for this role is $100,000 to $130,000, consisting of a base salary and variable billing bonus component. Additional compensation may be earned through contributions to account leadership and business development.
