You’ll help clients navigate ambiguity by defining clear priorities, applying practical frameworks, and driving outcomes that create lasting value.\nLead High-Impact Client Delivery\nPlay a key role in client engagement delivery by leading workstreams and guiding TGG teams to successful project outcomes.\nFlex across delivery environments-working as an individual contributor, part of a consulting team, or as a project/team lead embedded with the client.\nApply structured methodologies, toolkits, and best practices to execute effectively and deliver results.\nEmbrace unstructured challenges and turn them into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.\nSupport Client Growth & Expand Engagements\nIdentify opportunities where TGG can add value by partnering with client leadership teams.\nSupport growth within existing and new client relationships through strong performance, insight, and proactive contribution.\nCollaborate with Account Leads to help develop business and deepen client partnerships over time.\nCollaborate Across Stakeholders and Teams\nPartner with client stakeholders at all levels-from individual contributors to senior executives-to align on goals and drive outcomes.\nWork alongside a collaborative team of TGG consultants committed to delivering outstanding client service.\nEngage with TGG partners, principals, account leaders, managers, and staff who support your success on projects and help you grow professionally.\nWhat You Bring \n6+ years of consulting or related experience with a strong track record of client service and delivering results.\nAbility to lead complex, cross-functional projects, bringing structure and clarity to ambiguous environments.\nDepth in one or more of our service areas: program/project management, business analysis, change management, process improvement, Agile, organizational design, or business strategy.\nExperience partnering with both business and technology teams to drive outcomes.\nStrong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage senior audiences.\nIndustry or functional expertise in areas such as healthcare, retail, insurance, financial services, supply chain, or data/technology is a plus.\nERP/CRM/POS project experience and professional certifications (PMP, SAFe, CSM, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci, etc.) are preferred qualifications, not requirements.\nWorking at The Gunter Group\nSalary and Benefits\nSupporting the well-being of our team is a priority at TGG. Our benefits package includes competitive health coverage, wellness programs, flexible PTO, professional development and work-from-home stipends, as well as team offsites, social events, and volunteer opportunities.\nThe total expected compensation range for this role is $130,000 to $170,000, consisting of a base salary and variable billing bonus component. Additional compensation may be earned through contributions to account leadership and business development.
