Currently, the Gurobi Experts - Technical Advisory & Support team consists of 14 members spread across 8 countries worldwide, and we are committed to fostering a healthy work-life balance for all our team members.\nWhat you will be doing?\nRespond to advanced technical questions from Gurobi users, covering API usage and solver behavior.\n\nConduct performance tuning for customer models.\n\nWrite technical articles for the Gurobi website.\n\nPursue a self-selected, impactful side project.\n\nPresent new product features and capabilities at technical conferences and interact with Gurobi users.\n\nCollaborate with a skilled team on projects across various domains.\n\nWhat experience and qualifications should you have?\nA Ph.D. in Operations Research, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline or equivalent experience.\n\n3-5 years of experience in a business-related field.\n\n3-5 years of experience in the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) industry\n\nWhat skills and abilities should you have?\nExceptional written and oral communication skills.\n\nProficiency in conveying complex ideas clearly and succinctly, both in spoken and written form.\n\nA strong problem-solving orientation with meticulous attention to detail.\n\nHigh emotional intelligence, particularly in self-awareness, empathy, and self-motivation.\n\nA mindset characterized by curiosity and a genuine enthusiasm for learning.\n\nAwareness and adaptability regarding time zones in a global team setting.\n\nAnalytical thinking abilities for problem identification and solution
