You'll have the opportunity to influence engineering best practices, mentor team members, and explore emerging technologies, including AI-assisted testing, to improve efficiency and test coverage.\n\nExperience: 4–8 Years\nEmployment Type: Full-Time\n\nJob Summary\nWe are looking for a highly skilled Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with 4–8 years of experience in designing and developing scalable test automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Playwright, TypeScript, API automation, and CI/CD practices. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to build reliable automation frameworks, improve product quality, and enable faster software delivery.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable, reusable, and maintainable test automation frameworks using Playwright and TypeScript.\nDevelop automated test suites for UI, API, integration, regression, and end-to-end (E2E) testing.\nBuild data-driven, modular, and maintainable automation solutions following industry best practices.\nIntegrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar tools.\nImprove automation stability, execution speed, and maintainability through continuous framework enhancements.\nCollaborate with developers, product managers, DevOps, and QA teams to define effective test strategies and quality gates.\nDevelop utilities, reusable libraries, and test data management solutions to improve automation productivity.\nPerform API testing using REST APIs and validate responses, schemas, and database records.\nCreate meaningful automation reports, dashboards, and quality metrics to provide visibility into product quality.\nReview automation code, mentor junior team members, and promote engineering best practices.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release activities.\nStay current with emerging testing tools, AI-assisted automation techniques, and modern quality engineering practices.\nAI-Driven Engineering Expectations\nEngineers are expected to actively incorporate AI-assisted workflows into daily development, including test generation, defect analysis, and coverage improvement.
