We are highly ambitious - focusing on speed, security, and top-tier quality in everything we do.\nWe are looking for a DevOps / Platform Engineer to own and evolve the shared infrastructure and delivery platform used by our engineering teams.\nYou will work across AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, security, and observability, helping our engineers ship safely and efficiently while keeping our platform reliable, secure, and scalable.\nThis is a hands-on role working closely with engineering teams, Security, and IT Operations.\nWhat will you do?\nOwn and evolve our AWS infrastructure, managed through Terraform across all environments.\nOperate and improve Kubernetes, databases, caches, messaging, networking, IAM, and other shared platform services.\nOwn CI/CD pipelines and deployment standards, making it easy for teams to build, test, deploy, and roll back services safely.\nBuild reusable golden-path templates and self-service tooling for engineering teams.\nOwn platform monitoring, logging, tracing, dashboards, and alerting, keeping observability useful and actionable.\nImprove platform reliability through SLOs, restore testing, disaster recovery, capacity planning, and incident follow-ups.\nManage platform security, including access, secrets, vulnerability scanning, patching, certificates, and least-privilege controls.\nParticipate in and lead infrastructure incidents as part of the on-call rotation.\nMonitor cloud usage and costs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.\nTrack delivery and reliability metrics and work with engineering teams to continuously improve our platform.\nOur Stack\nCloud: AWS - EKS, RDS, ElastiCache, MemoryDB, Amazon MQ, OpenSearch, DynamoDB, Lambda, Redshift Serverless, S3, SES, ECR, Route 53\nInfrastructure: Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes\nDelivery: Azure DevOps Pipelines\nObservability: Datadog, CloudWatch, Tempo, Fluent Bit\nSecurity: GuardDuty, Trivy, IAM/IRSA, security groups\nAutomation: Bash, Python and/or Go\nWhat we expect:\nStrong hands-on experience with AWS and Terraform, including managing existing/brownfield infrastructure.\nStrong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD. Experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines is a plus, but comparable tooling is fine.\nExperience operating production infrastructure handling sensitive, financial, or personal data.\nExperience operating databases and managed services, including RDS failover, proxying, backups, and restore testing.\nStrong understanding of cloud networking, IAM, security, monitoring, and incident response.\nExperience running and improving an observability stack.\nAbility to automate infrastructure and operational tasks using Bash and Python or Go.\nComfortable handling production incidents and communicating infrastructure concepts clearly to developers.\nBusiness-level communication fluency in English.\nNice to have\nExperience in FinTech, banking, payments, or another regulated environment, including supporting audits.\nExperience with Windows Server and Active Directory.\nExperience operating self-hosted internal tooling.\nExperience with disaster recovery planning and RTO/RPO requirements.\nWhat
