Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics or Business Central, etc.\nBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field\nStrong experience in business processes (major asset)\nProactive (“go-getter”) attitude and ability to adapt to different project contexts\nExcellent skills in project definition and oversight of the full project lifecycle\nStrong people management skills: ability to motivate, mentor, coach, and lead multidisciplinary teams\nExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in French and English*\nPMP processes with the Professional Services team, aligned with clients’ strategic objectives\nCreate and manage project timelines, organize activities, define execution sequences, and identify dependencies and resource needs\nPlan and manage resources throughout the project lifecycle, including:\nManaging project mandates\nPreparing and leading client meetings\nManaging communication between delivery teams and stakeholders\nEnsure all aspects of the project are progressing properly, including timeline, actual vs. planned budget, and management of out-of-scope issues\nPlan, manage, and communicate project milestones by providing weekly progress reports to clients and leading internal team meetings\nIdentify upselling and cross-selling opportunities before, during, and after
