team to ensure team members have the necessary skills and expertise to meet evolving industry demands.\nFoster a culture of continuous improvement, driving innovation and operational efficiency within the department. \nProject Contribution & Technical Leadership\nLead customer projects from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring effective solution design, development, validation, and training.\nProvide technical expertise and support, acting as a key reference for problem-solving, best practices, and project escalations while assisting in resource allocation.\nOperations & Practice Management\nOptimize team efficiency by managing non-billable time through training, continuous improvement initiatives, and pre-sales support.\nDrive operational excellence by refining processes, supporting sales with project evaluations and RFPs, and promoting best practices in collaboration with leadership\nWhat You Bring to the Team\nUniversity degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a relevant discipline.\n2+ years of experience with an ERP system or equivalent.\n3+ years of proven leadership experience, with strong skills in mentorship, coaching, and performance management.\n2+ years of experience across all phases of a project (analysis, design, development, training, and support).\nDeep expertise in software development tools, processes, and best practices.Strong knowledge of business processes and the ability to bridge technical and business needs.\n\nExcellent communication skills in English and French * This position
