If you want to work on challenging problems with a talented team in a high-growth environment, we'd love to meet you.\nMore about the role below - if you feel it’s a fit, we are excited to meet you!\nAbout Role\nAs a Forward Deployed Engineer, you own the whole job for a customer: understand the problem, design the solution, build it with Claude Code and other AI coding tools, roll it out, and keep it running.\nThis is a hands-on role that sits close to the customer. You will talk to them, understand how their business works, and turn that into software they use every day. You own what you build, from the first line of code to live in production.\nYou will not be one small cog in a large system. You will ship whole things.\nThis role is for you if -\nYou have worked as a solutions engineer, implementation engineer, or in a similar delivery role, and you now want to build the product, not just configure it\nYou like being in front of customers and owning delivery end-to-end\nYou want to ship with the newest AI coding tools and grow fast\nWhat you will do\nRun discovery with customers to understand how their business works and what they need\nDesign the solution, then build it using Claude Code or similar AI harnesses\nTake a customer problem and turn it into a working product, end to end\nRoll out and onboard the product with the customer, and train their team to use it\nDeploy and maintain what you build on our stack\nFix bugs, add features, and keep customer products running and reliable\nWork with customers and internal teams to scope what to build next\nAnswer customer queries about how their product works and how their data is handled\nWhat we are looking for\n1 to 2 years of experience building or delivering software for customers. This can be as a software engineer, solutions engineer, implementation engineer, or similar.\nYou have built and deployed at least one full web app, at work or as a personal project\nYou are comfortable with modern application frameworks\nYou already use AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or similar, and you are good at it\nYou can work with a database and deploy to the cloud\nYou are good with customers.
