Addresses Employee Health incidents appropriately.\n6. Demonstrates knowledge of NYSDOH Codes and reporting requirements.\n7. Communicates with patient, family and healthcare providers regarding patient care, demonstrating strong communication skills.\n8. Effectively promotes service-recovery.\n9. Maintains confidentiality while serving as a professional liaison with the community.\n10. Functions as a mentor for development of nursing staff.\n11. Participates in professional continuing education programs.\n12. Participates in nursing committees, performance improvement activities and initiatives.\nOther Duties:\n1.
