The company has a team of experienced engineers and technicians who are available to help with any problems that may arise.\nThe Electrical Installation and Wiring Assembler is responsible for installing, routing, and terminating electrical wiring and components for Gutor’s large Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems. This role ensures all electrical assemblies meet engineering specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES\nElectrical Assembly & Wiring\nInstall and route wiring harnesses, cables, and connectors according to schematics and wiring diagrams.\nTerminate wires using crimping, soldering, and connector assembly techniques.\nMount electrical components such as circuit breakers, bus bars, and control panels within UPS enclosures.\nResponsible for in-process quality control \nTesting & Quality Assurance\nPerform continuity checks and insulation resistance tests on wiring assemblies.\nVerify proper wire labeling, routing, and termination per engineering standards.\nEnsure compliance with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company quality procedures.\nDocumentation & reporting\nRead and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions.\nComplete wiring checklists, test reports, and production documentation accurately.\nCollaboration\nWork closely with mechanical assemblers and test technicians to integrate electrical and mechanical components.\nCommunicate wiring issues or discrepancies to supervisors and engineering teams.\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\nHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electrical assembly preferred.\n2+ years of experience in electrical wiring or assembly, preferably in industrial or power systems.\nAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.\nProficiency with hand tools, crimping tools, and electrical testing equipment (multimeters, insulation testers).\nKnowledge of electrical safety practices and standards (e.g., NEC, OSHA).\nPhysical ability to handle wiring tasks in large enclosures and stand for extended periods.\nThe position is not eligible for employer-sponsored visa sponsorship now or in the future.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nExperience wiring large-scale electrical or power systems.\nFamiliarity with lean manufacturing principles.\nBasic understanding of mechanical assembly.\nFluency in Spanish.\nWORK ENVIRONMENT\nManufacturing floor with exposure to electrical components, machinery, and occasional heavy lifting.\nRequires use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).\nWHAT WE OFFER\nThe salary range for this position is $25.00-$29.00 USD per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a non-exempt position and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable laws.
