The company has a team of experienced engineers and technicians who are available to help with any problems that may arise.\nThe Mechanical Assembler is responsible for assembling, fitting, and installing mechanical and electrical components and subassemblies for large Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems. This role ensures that all mechanical assemblies meet quality standards, engineering specifications, and safety requirements of the GUTOR SystemsMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES\nAssemble mechanical and electrical components, frames, enclosures, and structural parts for large UPS systems according to engineering drawings and work instructions.\nInstall hardware, brackets, and fasteners using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.\nFit and align parts to ensure proper function and structural integrity.\nResponsible for in-process quality control \nQuality & Compliance\nInspect parts and assemblies for defects, alignment, and adherence to specifications.\nPerform torque checks and verify tolerances using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.\nEnsure compliance with safety standards and company quality procedures.\nAdditional Duties\nAdministrative processing of the systems documents \nProactive in the domains of Health & Safety 5S \nParticipate and eventually lead daily team meetings ( SIM1)\nDocumentation & reporting\nRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly diagrams.\nComplete assembly logs, quality checklists, and production reports accurately.\nCollaboration\nWork closely with electrical assemblers and test technicians to integrate mechanical and electrical components.\nCommunicate issues or discrepancies to supervisors and engineering teams.\n\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS\nHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.\n2+ years of experience in mechanical assembly, preferably in industrial or power systems.\nAbility to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documents.\nProficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.\nKnowledge of safety practices in a manufacturing environment.\nPhysical ability to lift heavy components and stand for extended periods.\nThe position is not eligible for employer-sponsored visa sponsorship now or in the future.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nFluency in Spanish.\nWORK ENVIRONMENT\nManufacturing floor with exposure to electrical components, machinery, and occasional heavy lifting.\nRequires use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).\nWHAT WE OFFER\nThe salary range for this position is $24.00-$27.00 USD per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a non-exempt position and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable laws.
