The Order Processing Specialist coordinate and work closely with Sales, Project Management, Engineering, Finance, Purchasing, Controlling and Export departments to ensure that every order is processed on time.\nThe individual must be able to work independently and as part of the team, manage all communication with team members and ensure compliance to time frame and quality.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nOrder Registration & Project Administration:\nAccurately enter and process order booking in a timely manner\nProcess and follow up to complete the Order Registration Process (ORP)\nHandling data of the Project Builder in SAP according to project overview and customer's PO\nIssue customer PO acknowledgement\nProcess project Change Order\nProcess material upload (BOM / ECO)\nUploading timesheet in a weekly basis\nData control in Siebel (enter and update Assets)\nInvoicing:\nGenerating invoices - advance payment, partial and final invoice\nFocal person dealing with communication on Bank Guarantee related issue\nHandling billing milestone for projects\nMonitoring and generating billing milestone report\nTo ensure Letter of Credit is received from customer's Bank before releasing the shipment\nWorking closely with Banks to ensure Bank Guarantee is accurately processed within the time frame\nCooperation with the finance department to resolve invoice and pricing issues\nActively works with Project Managers to update the payment milestone\nIssue of Debit / Credit Notes\nKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS - REQUIRED\nMust posses at lease a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/ Accountancy /Finance or relation field\n2- 3 years in the related position\nGood knowledge of: SAP, Excel, Words, Notes, Siebels, Outlook\nAbility to prioritize, multi-task for maximum efficiency without sacrificing accuracy\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nDemonstrate account ownership and organizational skills\nAbility to work effectively in a team and independently\nAbility to work in a face-paced environment\nKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS -
