The company has a team of experienced engineers and technicians who are available to help with any problems that may arise.\nThe Supplier Quality Engineer deploys and executes the Gutor Supplier Quality Management to ensure the quality of supplies delivered to the plantMain responsibilities:\nProvide strategic support to the Supply Chain Manager in the assessment and qualification of suppliers, contributing to the structured development and optimization of the supply chain. Participate in the Supplier Approval Module (SAM) process, follow the SAM supplier status to ensure the improvement of the plant supplier panel, implement Supply Qualification Module (SQM) and the Supplier performance (SPM) at the level of the plant (Outside Group and Inside Group suppliers) Implement the qualification of the part through the Part Product Evaluation Plan (PPEP) within the Product Evolution Process (ROHS, etc.) and participate actively to the Production Part Evaluation Process (PPEP) with the develop and optimize process (formerly known as PMP and PEP), ensure the effectiveness of PPEP for Supplies delivered to the plant, manage the incoming inspection process and optimize it, monitor supplier quality performance at the plant level and report it, check the effectiveness of the supplier's actions, escalate to the Supplier Quality & Development team when needed Implement the containment, corrective and preventives actions to solve the technical part quality issues of the plant using the 8D methodology, manage supplier claims in alignment with company procedures.\nRequired qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (electrical, mechanical or electronic).\n\nMinimum of 8 years of experience in supply quality assurance within the electrical or power electronics industry.\n\nDemonstrated experience in supplier qualification, supplier audits and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) process.\n\nComprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control principles and production operations.\n\nCertified SAM Auditor or equivalent qualification, with demonstrated experience in supplier audit and assessment processes.\n\nExperience with Production Part Evaluation Process (PPEP) or equivalent part qualification procedures.\n\nStrong leadership skills\n\nAbility to communicate efficiently\n\nPreferred qualifications:\nMaster`s degree in a relevant field.\n\nCertified in Six Sigma methodologies.\n\nAccredited ISO 9001 Lead or Internal Auditor.\n\nExperience with printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA) or battery technologies.\n\nPersonal attributes:\nSense of urgency\n\nResults-oriented\n\nStrong organizational skills\n\nEffectively manage multiple tasks, priorities and projects simultaneously\n\nDrives continuous improvement initiatives\n\nPosition type:\nThis is a full-time, salaried/exempt position.
