We're on the lookout for new crew who can work late into the night and early into the morning to join our experienced team at GYG Croydon!
Our shift leaders are the glue that holds the team together. They’re restaurant leaders - motivating and engaging the team, day in and day out. They champion our food safety and food quality standards and are always focussed on delivering exceptional service to everyone who walks through our doors.
About you
- You’ve got management experience in hospitality, customer-facing roles and/or other fast-paced environments.
- You’re a natural-born multitasker.
- You’ve got incredible attention-to-detail and accuracy skills.
- You’re a confident communicator and can handle challenging situations.
- You’re eager, ready to learn, and willing to put in the effort to do your best work.
- You’re determined to work with your fellow crew and management team to achieve success in the restaurant and hit our KPIs.
- You have the legal right to work in Australia.
Qualifications
- You’ve completed, or are willing to complete, a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) course in Victoria.
- You’ve completed, or are willing to complete, a First Aid course (HLTAID011) within the last three years.
