As a Shift Leader, you aren't just managing clocks and checklists-you are the heartbeat of the shift. You will lead, coach, and inspire our amazing crew members during busy trade periods, making sure the energy stays sky-high, the music keeps pumping, and every single guest walks out with a massive smile.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Inspire the Crew: Team up with the management squad to train, coach, and motivate the crew to deliver first-class guest service.
Own the Shift: Lead by example on the line or the registers, keeping the vibe fun, focused, and fast.
Keep it Clean & Safe: Champion our 100% clean food standards, food safety, and top-tier presentation.
Run the Numbers: Help manage labour, look after deliveries, and smash store goals like a pro!
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
A naturally friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic personality-someone who loves working with people!
Previous experience supervising or leading a team in a busy retail, hospitality, or fast-food environment.
A "customer-first" mindset and the ability to thrive under pressure when the lunch or dinner rush hits.
Availability to work a flexible roster, including some evenings and weekends.
A completed Food Safety Supervisor certificate and RSA (or a total willingness to get them!).
