The role also entails communicating with our panel partners, translation providers, and our scripting partners around the world.\nThis is a non-client-facing role with the Research Executive responsible for supporting client-facing researchers in London and New York teams.\nWhat do I need to bring with me?\nYou’ll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires. Here’s what the team will be looking for in you:\nBeing able to get up to speed on our processes quickly and then work independently, efficiently, and accurately.\nThe ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English is a key element of the role.\nChecking and approving questionnaire scripts before release to the client\nChecking translated versions have been correctly overlaid\nEnsuring quality control measures are in place\nLiaising with the Data team to ensure data is processed appropriately\nChecking data / identifying issues and working collaboratively to deliver clean data files\nEnsuring effective communication with suppliers throughout the project and ensuring that they have access to all relevant information\nManaging project launch with panel providers\nMaking decisions during fieldwork in order to meet the deadlines. This includes knowing when to accelerate fieldwork by using other research methods, as well as identifying issues early enough to overcome delays\nWorking collaboratively with our product team and engineers to develop operational solutions to increase efficiency within the team\nTrialling beta products/platforms, providing feedback, and assisting in rolling these out to the wider team\nWhat We Offer\nAt GWI, you’ll find meaningful work, visible impact, and a culture that empowers you to do your best.
