This role will also contribute to AI-assisted development initiatives and leverage Jira/Confluence for project and issue tracking.\nResponsibilities:\nApplication DevelopmentDesign, develop, test, and deploy applications using .NET (C#), ASP.NET, and related Microsoft technologies.\nCreate and maintain front-end solutions using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.\nBuild and maintain integrations between Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other enterprise systems.\nCustomize and extend Dynamics CRM through plugins, custom workflows, Power Automate flows, and JavaScript web resources.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure and services.\n\nMicrosoft Ecosystem & CRMCollaborate with system architects and SMEs to translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nConfigure and customize Dynamics 365 modules including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing\nUtilize Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to deliver low-code/no-code solutions.\nWork with SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and queries supporting CRM and other applications.\nParticipate in Dynamics CRM upgrades, migrations, and patch management activities.\nAI & Emerging Technologies, Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex, Claude Code) to improve productivity and code quality.\nStay current with Microsoft AI and Copilot capabilities relevant to Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.\n\nProject & Collaboration\nUse Jira/Confluence to manage projects, track issues, log work, and collaborate,\nProduce clear technical documentation.\n\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree and 3-5+ years of software development with administrative Dynamics 365 CRM experience.\nPrior experience in the investment management industry, or in asset management, wealth management, or a related financial services field preferred.\nProficiency in C# and the .NET framework (NET 5+).\nGit source control with continuous integration and deployment patterns.\nDirect experience customizing and developing within Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.\nSolid working knowledge of SQL Server (T-SQL).\nFamiliarity with Azure services (Entra, App Services, Azure Functions).\nStrong critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.\nExperience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).\nExposure to GitHub, GitHub Copilot, and other AI-assisted development tools.\nProficient with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 development.\nThis role is based in our Boston office on a hybrid schedule - 4 days per week in-office, 1 day per week remote. \nThe actual base salary is dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography.
