This isn't just an analytics role; it’s an opportunity to own the data lifecycle, pioneer Generative AI initiatives, and directly influence how we build and scale products at GXBank.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\nPartner with product, design, and engineering teams to derive insights, design experiments, and drive key product decisions.\n\nSupport strategic plans with data insights, performing deep-dives into user behavior, segmented views and product efficacy.\n\nProvide tailored analysis for specific products and strategies, define critical business and product metrics, and make regular recommendations for continuous improvements.\n\nDesign, measure, and recommend A/B tests and multivariate experiments, including layout optimisation, UI/UX efficacy, algorithm effectiveness, and API performance.\n\nAnalyse clickstream and transactional data to uncover insights on user behaviour and drive product metrics.
