The role will focus on architecture, governance, data engineering, analytics, security, and technical leadership.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Design and implement Microsoft Fabric workspace architecture with focus on scalability, performance, governance, and lifecycle management.\n\n- Define and implement data governance, security, RBAC, authentication, authorization, and data protection across Fabric and Power BI.\n\n- Architect CI/CD and deployment pipelines using Fabric/Power BI Deployment Pipelines, Azure DevOps, and Git.\n\n- Design enterprise data solutions using Fabric Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Factory, and Dataflows.\n\n- Architect and optimize Power BI Semantic Models, including star schemas, relationships, DAX, calculation groups, RLS/OLS, incremental refresh, and performance optimization.\n\n- Lead the design of complex Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring usability, performance, and self-service analytics.\n\n- Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, documentation, and mentoring to development teams.\n\n- Drive Microsoft Fabric adoption, best practices, troubleshooting, and continuous platform improvements.\n\nRequired Skills :\n\n- 8-15 years of experience in Microsoft Data & Analytics.\n\n- Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Azure Data Services.\n\n- Strong knowledge of Fabric architecture, Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Factory, and Dataflows.\n\n- Expertise in Power BI Semantic Models, DAX, data modeling, RLS/OLS, and performance tuning.\n\n- Strong understanding of data governance, security, RBAC, and enterprise data architecture.\n\n- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, and deployment pipelines.\n\n- Strong architecture, problem-solving, communication, and
