experimentation to production.\n\n- Communicate analytical findings, model outcomes, and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.\n\n- Mentor data scientists and contribute to technical standards and best practices.\n\nRequired Skills:\n\n- 7+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI.\n\n- Strong expertise in Python, statistics, probability, linear algebra, and optimization.\n\n- Strong experience with Machine Learning and Deep Learning.\n\n- Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.\n\n- Experience developing and deploying production-grade ML models.\n\n- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\n\n- Proven experience delivering AI/ML solutions with measurable business impact.\n\nGood to Have:\n\n- LLM/SLM, Generative AI, RAG, Agentic AI.\n\n- Reinforcement Learning and multi-agent systems.\n\n- Gurobi/CPLEX, LP/MIP, optimization, or OR experience.\n\n- Julia/SciML exposure.\n\n-
