The ideal candidate should possess strong hands-on experience in managing SAP landscapes, ensuring system availability, security, and performance across SAP environments.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nAdminister, monitor, maintain, and support SAP landscapes including SAP S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, Solution Manager, and SAP Fiori.\nPerform SAP installations, upgrades, support pack implementations, kernel upgrades, and system refresh activities.\nManage SAP HANA and traditional database administration activities.\nExecute client copy, system copy, database refresh, transport management, and SAP kernel upgrades.\nMonitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to SAP applications, databases, operating systems, and interfaces.\nConfigure and maintain SAP Transport Management System (TMS).\nPerform SAP user administration, authorization support, and security compliance activities.\nSupport high availability, disaster recovery, backup, and recovery solutions.\nCollaborate with functional, ABAP, infrastructure, and cloud teams for system enhancements and issue resolution.\nPerform root cause analysis for production issues and implement preventive measures.\nDrive SAP landscape optimization, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.\nPrepare technical documentation and standard operating procedures.\n\nRequired Skills:\n\nCore SAP Basis\nDatabase Knowledge\nSystem Administration\nUpgrade & Migration\nCloud & Emerging Technologies (Preferred)\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.\n5+ years of hands-on SAP Basis administration experience.\nExperience supporting large-scale SAP production environments.\nStrong troubleshooting and performance tuning expertise.\nExperience in SAP implementation, upgrade, migration, and AMS projects.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nPreferred Certifications:\nSAP Certified Technology
