The role will involve designing, developing and supporting integrations between ServiceNow and various enterprise applications.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Design and develop integrations using ServiceNow Integration Hub & Spokes.\n\n- Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise applications such as Microsoft, Azure, SAP and SuccessFactors.\n\n- Develop and consume Scripted REST APIs.\n\n- Work with REST, SOAP, JSON and XML based integrations.\n\n- Configure and manage ServiceNow MID Servers.\n\n- Develop and maintain Import Sets and Transform Maps for data integration and synchronisation.\n\n- Handle complex data mapping, transformation and validation requirements.\n\n- Troubleshoot integration failures, connectivity issues and data synchronisation problems.\n\n- Define and follow ServiceNow integration best practices and standards.\n\n- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to understand integration requirements and deliver scalable solutions.\n\n- Provide technical guidance and support to ServiceNow development teams.\n\nRequired Skills :\n\n- 8+ years of relevant ServiceNow development/integration experience.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with Integration Hub & Spokes.\n\n- Experience integrating ServiceNow with Microsoft/Azure, SAP, SuccessFactors or similar enterprise applications.\n\n- Strong experience with Scripted REST APIs.\n\n- Good knowledge of REST, SOAP, JSON and XML.\n\n- Hands-on experience with MID Servers.\n\n- Strong expertise in Import Sets and Transform Maps.\n\n- Good understanding of data
