You will work with the Sourcing and Supply Chain Teams to help manage supply chain risks, drive continuous improvement, support FLA accreditation objectives, and champion responsible business practices across the organisation.\nEthical Strategy & Supply Chain Due Diligence\nLead the delivery and continuous improvement of Gymshark's Ethical Strategy, ensuring alignment with evolving legislation, industry best practice, and business priorities.\nManage and monitor Gymshark's bespoke global supplier audit programme, Shared Fitness, by overseeing the implementation and development of corrective action plans and remediation activities, partnering with suppliers to drive continuous improvement and impact of the programme.\nMonitor and assess ethical risks across our global supply chain, identifying emerging issues and translating insight into appropriate mitigation measures.\nAct as the primary point of contact for suppliers on ethical matters, building trusted and collaborative relationships.\nSupport the implementation of FLA requirements and accreditation objectives.\nCommunity Impact & Worker Wellbeing\nLead the delivery and evolution of wider community initiatives across sourcing regions.\nIdentify opportunities to promote worker wellbeing and empowerment through innovative partnerships and programmes.\nMeasure, evaluate and communicate the impact of community projects.\nBuild and maintain relationships with community organisations, NGOs and industry partners to maximise programme reach and impact.\nStakeholder Engagement & Responsible Purchasing Practices\nPartner with Sourcing, Supply Chain, Technical, and other business functions to embed responsible sourcing considerations into decision-making.\nPromote responsible purchasing practices and support cross-functional initiatives that support worker wellbeing across the supply chain.\nDevelop and deliver training, guidance, and awareness initiatives to strengthen responsible sourcing understanding across the business.\nReporting, Communications & Community Impact\nDefine, monitor, and report on Ethical KPIs to measure performance against programme objectives and business commitments, ensuring learnings are used to drive continuous improvement and maximise impact.\nLead and continuously improve reporting processes to meet internal, external, and legislative requirements.\nSupport the development of key disclosures, including the Modern Slavery Statement and other related reporting.\nCommunicate programme progress, risks, and achievements to stakeholders at all levels of the business.\nWHAT YOU’LL NEED\nEssential\nStrong understanding of ethical compliance, human rights due diligence and responsible sourcing within global apparel supply chains.\nExperience managing supplier audit and due diligence programmes.\nTechnical knowledge of textile and apparel manufacturing processes and supply chains.\nExperience identifying, assessing, and mitigating human rights, trafficking and labour violations.\nProven ability to influence stakeholders and effectively manage competing priorities across cross-functional teams.\nAbility to network and build trusted relationships internally and externally.\nExcellent analytical, reporting, record-keeping and communication skills.\nExperience managing projects and programmes involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.\nAbility to work independently but collaboratively, prioritise effectively, and drive initiatives forward.\nConfidence travelling internationally as required.\nPreferred\nExperience working with Fair Labor Association (FLA) requirements or similar multi-stakeholder initiatives.\nKnowledge of responsible purchasing practices and their impact on worker wellbeing.\nExperience developing and delivering training programmes.\nStrong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into engaging and accessible content across different audiences.\nExperience delivering worker wellbeing, community engagement, or social impact programmes.\nAbility to provide leadership and support across broader sustainability initiatives when required.\nCLOSING DATE: \nMonday 28th September 2026\nLOCATION:\nPlease note this is a hybrid role and requires the successful candidate to attend at least 3 days a week in GSIQ, Solihull, UK.\nBELONGING AT GYMSHARK.\nOur mission is to be a place where everyone belongs.
