Senior Executive, Creator Marketing (12m FTC)

We’re looking for a Senior Executive, Creator Marketing for a 12m fixed-term contract to play a pivotal role in driving the success of our creator and athlete partnerships within the region. This is an opportunity for an ambitious relationship-builder and operator to take ownership of key talent partnerships, lead critical workstreams, and help deliver impactful creator marketing campaigns.

In this role, you'll combine commercial awareness, operational excellence, and strong relationship management to ensure campaigns run smoothly, talent partnerships deliver maximum value, and recruitment pipelines remain ahead of market trends. You'll also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members, helping to elevate standards and foster a collaborative, high-performing environment.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Own the day-to-day management of Tier 1 and Tier 2 creator and athlete relationships within your region.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships, ensuring talent remain engaged, informed, and accountable for contractual commitments.
• Develop six-month partnership roadmaps that maximise value and return on investment.
• Monitor renewal timelines, partnership performance, and relationship risks, escalating key insights where required.
• Lead creator recruitment initiatives, identifying emerging talent and building a strong pipeline of prospective partners.
• Research industry trends, platform developments, and cultural shifts to inform talent and partnership strategies.
• Manage the operational delivery of creator marketing campaigns, ensuring plans, timelines, and stakeholder responsibilities are clearly defined and executed.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver activations, shoots, and campaign objectives successfully.
• Monitor performance, compliance, and campaign progress against targets and objectives.
• Produce clear and accurate reporting on campaign and partnership performance.
• Mentor and support junior team members by sharing knowledge, providing guidance, and promoting best practice.
• Lead workstreams involving multiple stakeholders, ensuring high-quality execution and consistent standards.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Proven experience managing creator, influencer, athlete, or talent partnerships.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively across a range of stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational and project management abilities, with a track record of delivering multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Commercial awareness and confidence in evaluating opportunities, costs, and partnership performance.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to identify priorities and drive progress independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-informed recommendations.
• Experience managing campaign execution and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
• A genuine interest in creator marketing, social platforms, emerging talent, and cultural trends.
• Natural mentoring and leadership qualities, with a willingness to support and develop others.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

LOCATION:

Please note this is a hybrid role and requires the successful candidate to attend at least 3 days a week in GSIQ, Solihull, UK.
