You'll also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members, helping to elevate standards and foster a collaborative, high-performing environment.\nIf you're passionate about the creator landscape, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy balancing strategy with execution, we'd love to hear from you.\nWHAT YOU'LL BE DOING\nOwn the day-to-day management of Tier 1 and Tier 2 creator and athlete relationships within your region.\nBuild and maintain strong partnerships, ensuring talent remain engaged, informed, and accountable for contractual commitments.\nDevelop six-month partnership roadmaps that maximise value and return on investment.\nMonitor renewal timelines, partnership performance, and relationship risks, escalating key insights where required.\nLead creator recruitment initiatives, identifying emerging talent and building a strong pipeline of prospective partners.\nResearch industry trends, platform developments, and cultural shifts to inform talent and partnership strategies.\nManage the operational delivery of creator marketing campaigns, ensuring plans, timelines, and stakeholder responsibilities are clearly defined and executed.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams to deliver activations, shoots, and campaign objectives successfully.\nMonitor performance, compliance, and campaign progress against targets and objectives.\nProduce clear and accurate reporting on campaign and partnership performance.\nMentor and support junior team members by sharing knowledge, providing guidance, and promoting best practice.\nLead workstreams involving multiple stakeholders, ensuring high-quality execution and consistent standards.\nWHAT YOU'LL NEED\nProven experience managing creator, influencer, athlete, or talent partnerships.\nStrong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively across a range of stakeholders.\nExcellent organisational and project management abilities, with a track record of delivering multiple workstreams simultaneously.\nCommercial awareness and confidence in evaluating opportunities, costs, and partnership performance.\nA proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to identify priorities and drive progress independently.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-informed recommendations.\nExperience managing campaign execution and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.\nA genuine interest in creator marketing, social platforms, emerging talent, and cultural trends.\nNatural mentoring and leadership qualities, with a willingness to support and develop others.\nExcellent attention to detail and a commitment to accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\nLOCATION:\nPlease note this is a hybrid role and requires the successful candidate to attend at least 3 days a week in GSIQ, Solihull, UK.\nBELONGING AT GYMSHARK.\nOur mission is to be a place where everyone belongs.
