You’ll have the space to bring your ideas to life, work alongside great pros, and grow a product in the iGaming niche.\nYour daily adventures include:\n Developing promotional campaigns, including concepts, bonuses, mechanics, and target segments;\nCreating and managing the promotional calendar;\nDesigning tournaments and in-game events, including mechanics, eligibility requirements, prize pool calculations, and prize distribution;\nSelecting relevant offers for different player segments and cohorts;\nPlanning communication campaigns in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including CRM, Content, and Design;\nRunning A/B tests and conducting post-campaign analysis;\nEvaluating bonus economics, issuance, and promotional effectiveness;\nPreparing performance reports and recommendations to optimize promotional mechanics.\nRequirements\nWhat makes you a great match:\n1-2 years of experience in iGaming as a Promo, CRM, or Retention Manager;\nHands-on experience with gamification, loyalty programs, missions, tournaments, and other player engagement mechanics;\nSolid understanding of wagering requirements, cashback, free spins, loyalty programs, tournaments, jackpots, and lotteries;\nUnderstanding of bonus economics, bonus issuance, and the impact of promotions on business performance;\nStrong knowledge of key iGaming metrics, including GGR, NGR, bonus cost, retention, conversion, ARPU, and LTV;\nAbility to work with analytics dashboards and turn data into actionable insights;\nExperience briefing and coordinating with cross-functional teams. \nBenefits\nOur Benefits:\nFlexible payment options: choose the method that works best for you;\nFinancial perks: Bonuses for holidays, B-day, work milestones and more -
