If you wish to be considered for both the administrative and financial positions, you will be required to complete testing for each.\nOnce you become a member of the inventory, you will be offered the opportunity to interview for positions as vacancies arise.\nApplicants who are not successful in being admitted to the inventory may reapply in the future.\nHybrid Work Model\nThis position is located in our Victoria, BC office. You will have the flexibility to work part of the time on-campus and part of the time off-campus. The requirement for on-campus presence is a minimum of 40% of your schedule in a month.\nAdditional requirements are determined by the role functions and operational needs of each business area. \n Must have\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\nOne year of recent (within the last 5 years) experience providing support in a customer service or administrative environment \nExperience using Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and navigating through a variety of computer applications.\nNice to have:\nOne year of experience in a financial position (accounts payable, receivable, payroll, banking, bookkeeping) is preferred.\nTwo or more years of related experience is preferred.\nApplication requirements\nCover letter: Please do not submit a cover letter; it will not be reviewed.\nResume: A resume is required as part of your application.
