Now Hiring: Automotive Assembly Workers Location: Sterling Heights, MI 48314 Employment Type: Full-Time Starting Pay: $15.50 per hour Pay Increase: $17.00 per hour after 90 days Shift: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Schedule: Monday-Friday, with weekends and overtime as needed based on production demands. Position Overview We are seeking dependable, hardworking, and motivated Assembly Workers to join our automotive manufacturing team in Sterling Heights. This is an active, hands-on production position that requires employees to remain on their feet for 8-10 hours per day, perform repetitive assembly tasks, and maintain a consistent work pace in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Employees will be responsible for assembling automotive bumpers by installing bolts, clips, screws, wires, and other components using hand tools and power drills. Our facility brings together employees from diverse cultural backgrounds. We are looking for individuals who are respectful, adaptable, and comfortable working as part of a multicultural team. The ability to communicate effectively, cooperate with coworkers, and maintain a positive and professional attitude is important to success in this role.
