Successful candidates will safely operate forklifts, transport materials throughout the facility, supply production lines, and assist with the efficient movement of materials and finished products.\nCandidates should be reliable, attentive to detail, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nSafely operate a forklift to transport raw materials, components, and finished products throughout the facility.\nSupply production lines with necessary materials to maintain workflow and minimize downtime.\nMove, load, unload, and stage materials in designated storage and production areas.\nRemove completed products and transport them to designated staging or storage locations.\nVerify material identification, quantities, and locations as required.\nFollow production schedules and established material handling procedures.\nMaintain a clean and organized work area.\nPerform routine forklift inspections and report equipment issues or safety concerns.\nFollow company policies, workplace safety procedures, and applicable OSHA requirements.\nCommunicate effectively with production personnel, supervisors, and team members.\nPerform additional production and material handling duties as assigned.\nRequirements\nPrevious forklift operating experience preferred.\nAbility to work safely in a fast-paced production environment.\nStrong attention to detail and awareness of surroundings.\nAbility to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.\nDependable attendance and punctuality.\nWillingness to work overtime and weekends as required by production needs.\nAbility to comply with company safety policies and forklift operating procedures.\nMust be able to successfully pass a national background check as a condition of employment.\nBenefits\nCompetitive starting pay based on assigned shift.\nFirst shift: $17.50 per hour.\nSecond shift: $17.50 per hour plus a $1.50 per hour shift
