Daily responsibilities involve performing repetitive tasks, handling molded plastic components, inspecting finished products, and maintaining a consistent production pace.\nThe ideal candidate is comfortable with repetitive movements, standing for extended periods, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Reliability, attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to maintain consistent productivity throughout the shift are essential.\nPrevious manufacturing experience is beneficial but not required. We are willing to train candidates who demonstrate a positive attitude, dependability, and a willingness to learn.\nKey Responsibilities\nOperate injection molding machines according to established procedures and production requirements.\nRemove molded plastic components from machines as needed.\nPerform repetitive production tasks while maintaining a steady and consistent work pace.\nStand and remain active throughout the shift while completing assigned production duties.\nInspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet established quality standards.\nTrim excess plastic and perform basic finishing, assembly, and sorting tasks.\nPackage, label, and prepare products according to work instructions.\nMonitor production operations and report equipment malfunctions or quality concerns to supervisors.\nMeet daily production goals while maintaining accuracy, quality, and consistency.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.\nFollow all company safety policies and established operating procedures.\nRequirements\nAbility to stand and remain on your feet for extended periods, typically 8 hours per shift and potentially 10 hours when overtime is required.\nComfortable performing repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the workday.\nAbility to maintain a consistent work pace while completing repetitive production tasks.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects.\nDependable attendance and punctuality are essential.\nAbility to follow instructions and work safely around industrial machinery.\nWillingness to work overtime and weekends based on production demands.\nMust be available to complete initial training on 1st shift before transitioning to the assigned schedule.\nPrevious manufacturing or machine operating experience is preferred but not required.\nMust successfully pass a national background check as a condition of employment.\nTraining & Additional Information\nNo previous injection molding experience is required; hands-on training will be provided.\nApproximately two weeks of initial training will take place on 1st shift (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM).\nPositions are available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.\nOvertime and weekend work may be required depending on production needs.\nEmployees will receive hands-on instruction covering machine operation, production procedures, and quality expectations.\nBenefits\nWe offer competitive starting wages, shift differentials, and additional benefits for eligible employees.\nAfter 90 days of employment, employees may become eligible for:\nPay Increase: Opportunity for a wage increase after completing 90 days of employment.\n Paid Time Off (PTO): Available after 90 days.\nMedical Insurance: Available after 90 days.\nDental Insurance: Available after 90 days.\nVision Insurance: Available after 90 days.\nPaid Sick Days: Available after 90 days.\nBenefit eligibility, coverage, and compensation adjustments are subject to applicable company policies and employment terms.\nApply Today!\nLooking for a hands-on manufacturing opportunity?
