This role is responsible for maintaining master data, resolving data-related support requests, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve data quality. The intern will also contribute to regional and global IT projects while developing technical and analytical skills through hands-on experience and training.\nPrimary Responsibilitie s\nCreate, maintain, and update master data records.\nValidate, analyze, and transform data to support business processes.\nMonitor and resolve data-related tickets and support requests.\nEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders to understand data requirements.\nIdentify and resolve data quality issues.\nParticipate in regional and global IT and data management projects.\nSupport continuous improvement of data standards and procedures.\nMinimum Requirements\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.\nKnowledge of Python, SQL, and Microsoft Excel.\nProfessional fluency in English - both written and verbal.\nAbility to analyze and validate data with attention to detail.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills in a team environment.\nAuthorization to work in the country of employment.\nPreferred Requirements\nExperience using SAP or other ERP systems.\nFamiliarity with ticket management or service desk systems.\nUnderstanding of master data management concepts.\nExposure to data quality, reporting, or database maintenance activities.\nH.B.
