Fuller is seeking an Internal Auditor to support the execution of SOX controls testing, internal audits, and compliance-related activities across global operations. This role helps safeguard the organization by evaluating financial, operational, and compliance controls, identifying risks, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders across multiple regions and contribute to a strong culture of integrity, accountability, and risk management.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nPerform SOX 404 controls testing across assigned regions.\nExecute internal audits in line with the annual audit plan.\nAssess the effectiveness of financial, operational, and compliance controls.\nSupport fraud and non-compliance investigations with Legal and business partners.\nIdentify process gaps, root causes, and remediation opportunities.\nPartner with stakeholders to develop and track corrective action plans.\nBuild collaborative relationships with local and global teams.\nContribute to data analytics, audit process improvements, and special projects.\nMinimum Requirements\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.\nAt least 3 years of audit experience, preferably within a Big Four firm and/or manufacturing environment.\nAdvanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.\nFluent English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.\nAuthorization to work in the country of employment and willingness to travel up to 25%.\nPreferred Requirements\nExperience supporting multinational or global audit engagements.\nKnowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Power BI.\nExperience with SOX compliance and internal control frameworks.\nDemonstrated ability to identify root causes, recommend practical solutions, and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.\nH.B.
