Fuller seeks an Import & Export Coordinator to manage international logistics operations and ensure the compliant, cost-effective movement of goods across global supply chains. This role coordinates shipments, customs clearance activities, and trade documentation while working closely with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders. The position supports business continuity by ensuring on-time deliveries, regulatory compliance, and efficient logistics execution.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nManage end-to-end import and export shipments, including booking, transportation, and tracking\nPrepare and review shipping documents to ensure compliance with international trade requirements\nCoordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers to resolve shipment issues\nMonitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery against business and customer requirements\nManage ACID registration and NAFEZA documentation processes\nCoordinate customs clearance activities and ensure compliance with Egyptian import regulations\nVerify freight, customs, and logistics invoices in SAP and track logistics costs\nPrepare reports on shipment status, costs, and logistics performance metrics\nMinimum Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Administration, or related field\n3+ years of experience in import/export operations, customs, or international logistics\nProficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications\nStrong negotiation, communication, follow-up, and organizational skills\nAuthorization to work in the applicable location and knowledge of international trade documentation\nPreferred Requirements\nExperience with ACID, NAFEZA, and Egyptian customs clearance processes\nKnowledge of manufacturing and supply chain operations\nProven ability to identify logistics cost-saving opportunities\nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously\nH.B.
