Learn more at www.hbfuller.com.\nIndustrial Maintenance Manager\nThe Maintenance Manager leads maintenance, reliability, and capital project activities at the Mesquite manufacturing site. This role advances safety, quality, continuous improvement, reliability, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Reporting to the Plant Manager, the position supports safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing operations. \n\nPrimary Responsibilities\nLead and develop the site maintenance team.\nMaintain compliance with environmental, health, and safety requirements.\nDrive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.\nLead mechanical, electrical, PLC, and automation troubleshooting.\nManage CMMS/SAP planning, scheduling, and work execution.\nOversee budgets, contractors, spare parts, and cost controls.\nLead capital projects, including budgets and resources.\nImplement Lean, TPM, 5S, DMAIC, and FMEA improvements.\nMinimum Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical discipline, or equivalent experience.\n5+ years of maintenance, reliability, or capital project leadership experience in manufacturing.\nKnowledge of CMMS/ERP systems and industrial equipment reliability.\nDemonstrated project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nAbility to work full-time, on-site in Mesquite, Texas. \n\nPreferred Requirements\nMechanical or Electrical Engineering degree.\nProcess Safety Management (PSM) experience.\nLean Manufacturing or TPM experience.\nSix Sigma or related continuous improvement experience.\nPay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.\nThe salary for this role is 100,000-130,000.In addition to your salary, H.B.
