Learn more at www.hbfuller.com.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on pumps, mixers, reactors, and other chemical processing equipment.\nTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to restore equipment functionality.\nAssist with installation, calibration, and alignment of new or upgraded equipment.\nMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).\nEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards during all maintenance work.\nRespond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production interruptions.\nMonitor equipment performance and report issues to supervisors.\nCollaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance without disrupting operations.\nManage spare parts inventory and request replenishment when needed.\nParticipate in continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.\nMinimum Requirements\nTechnical degree or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance.\n3+ years of experience in maintenance within chemical or manufacturing industries.\nKnowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in chemical processing.\nAbility to read technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.\nBasic computer skills for CMMS and data entry.\nPreferred Requirements\nExperience with SAP PM or similar ERP systems.\nFamiliarity with predictive maintenance techniques and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM).\nEnglish proficiency (basic reading and writing).\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, safety-critical environment.\nH.B.
