Learn more at www.hbfuller.com.\nThe Quality Control Technician is responsible for performing laboratory testing, quality inspections, and documentation to ensure products meet established quality standards, customer specifications, and internal requirements. This position supports daily quality control operations, maintains accurate testing records, and assists with corrective actions and continuous quality improvement initiatives.\nPrimary Duties\nExecutes and adheres to all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements, maintains a safe work environment, and follows established safety procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).\nPerforms required sample collection, preparation, assembly, and laboratory analysis in accordance with established testing procedures.\nOperates manual and automated laboratory equipment to perform quality testing and inspections.\nConducts first-piece, in-process, and final product inspections to verify conformance with customer specifications, engineering requirements, and internal quality standards.\nProcesses incoming laboratory samples and assists with the preparation and processing of outgoing samples.\nAccurately enters testing results, maintains quality control records, and ensures documentation is complete and organized.\nResponds to quality-related questions from customers and provides support to supervisors and production operators in resolving quality concerns.\nIdentifies quality issues, prepares corrective action documentation, and communicates findings and resolutions to appropriate internal teams and customers.\nSupports the preparation, review, submission, and maintenance of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation and other customer-specific quality requirements.\nEnsures testing and measurement equipment certifications and calibrations are maintained in accordance with applicable ISO standards.\nPerforms administrative responsibilities, including maintaining quality documentation, organizing laboratory records, and filing samples.\nMaintains laboratory cleanliness, organization, and general housekeeping to support a safe and efficient work environment.\nCollaborates with production, engineering, and quality teams to support product conformance and continuous improvement initiatives.\nPerforms additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or designated leadership.\nMinimum Requirements\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\nOne to two years of related quality control experience and/or training.\nAbility to read, interpret, and follow safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance procedures, and technical documentation.\nAbility to prepare routine reports, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, and customers.\nBasic mathematical skills, including the ability to perform calculations and apply fundamental algebraic and geometric concepts.\nAbility to follow detailed written and verbal instructions and apply practical problem-solving skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and computerized data entry systems.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in testing, inspection, and documentation.\nEffective communication and listening skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious experience working in a manufacturing quality control or laboratory environment.\nExperience interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.\nUnderstanding of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) requirements and related quality documentation.\nFamiliarity with ISO quality standards and inspection procedures.\nExperience using quality control software and inspection or measurement equipment.\nPay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.\nThe salary for this role is $22.00 - $26.00 per hour based on experience.In addition to your salary, H.B.
