Fuller is seeking a Quality Control Technician to support product quality, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment. This role performs laboratory and production testing, documents results, and helps ensure products meet established specifications. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and committed to safety and quality standards.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nConduct quality testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.\nRecord, review, and maintain accurate test data and documentation.\nVerify products meet established specifications and quality standards.\nInvestigate and report quality deviations or nonconformances.\nCalibrate and maintain laboratory testing equipment.\nSupport root cause analysis and corrective action activities.\nFollow safety, quality, and regulatory procedures.\nPartner with production teams to resolve quality concerns.\nMinimum Requirements\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n1+ year of experience in quality control, laboratory, or manufacturing operations.\nAbility to interpret procedures, specifications, and test results.\nProficiency with basic computer applications and data entry.\nAuthorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.\nPreferred Requirements\nAssociate degree in a scientific or technical field.\n2+ years of quality control or laboratory experience in manufacturing.\nExperience using laboratory testing equipment and quality management systems.\nTraining or certification related to quality systems (e.g., ISO, GMP, or internal quality standards).\nPay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.\nThe salary for this role is $21.00.In addition to your salary, H.B.
